Request for information:

I am wanting to establish an audit trail of all correspondence, phone calls and file notes between staff or councillors of GWRC  and to or from Kapiti Coast District Council staff or councillors or to or from any consultants or contractors or other agencies - regarding the state of recent flooding related to Peka Peka environs and specifically along Paetawa Road/Rutherford Dr.

 Grateful if you can provide that information to me - covering the period 1 January 2021 through to today. 

 In addition to obtaining a complete audit trail of GWRC's knowledge and information covering this emergency situation, I am also endeavouring to establish if the GWRC understands the extent of problems, the issues and catastrophic effects caused to the ratepayers, GWRC's thoughts on solutions and any action they have taken to help or hinder possible solutions, and what urgency GWRC has afforded this growing emergency.
